Refund Policy (No Refund, Exchange Only) All tickets are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 7 days prior to the event date if you wish to exchange your purchase for another class of equal or lesser value. Thank you for understanding that this policy is to ensure a great experience for everyone.

The ticket sales are done in advance and closed prior to each event in order to for us to know the exact number of guests who we will be serving. The food and beverages for each of these events is planned and purchased in advance and then prepared and cooked specifically to accommodate that number of guests who have registered. This ensures that we serve the freshest foods, and minimize waste.
